PROCESS AND PROCEDURE FOR CONSULTATION

I charge by the hour to maintain the quality of your tattoo and ensure that you receive the best service. This hourly rate is intended to compensate me not only the time spent in the chair but also encompasses the design process, setup, and any necessary products. It's important to note that this rate does not include numbing agents, which are rarely used. Additionally, as a commitment to your satisfaction, I provide an aftercare bandage at no extra charge.

I understand that transparency regarding the financial aspect of your tattoo is crucial. To provide you with cost estimates, I do my best to assess the project's complexity and design requirements. This estimate helps set expectations concerning the minimum and maximum costs of your tattoo. While these estimates are intended to give you a clear picture of the financial commitment, it's essential to keep in mind that tattooing is a realm of unforeseen variables and this may influence the number of hours required for your tattoo. By taking this approach, I aim to minimize any unexpected additional expenses and ensure that your budget is met.

To secure your tattoo appointment, I require a deposit. For appointments that are expected to take less than 3 hours, the deposit is set at $200. If the project requires more than 3 hours, the deposit increases to $500. It's important to note that this deposit is nonrefundable and is deducted from the final cost at the end of the session or the final session for multi-session projects.

I approach each tattoo as a unique work of art, and to create something extraordinary, I kindly request full creative freedom from each client. All I need from you is the theme or inspiration for your tattoo, an understanding of the meaning behind the piece, and your preferred placement.

I undertake extensive research to fully comprehend the subject and its significance to you. This research enables me to craft an original, one-of-a-kind tattoo that reflects your individuality and story.

For projects that do span multiple sessions, we will schedule the specified number of sessions when the deposit is placed. These dates can be adjusted with a minimum one-month notice to allow me to accommodate other projects and ensure flexibility in the tattoo creation process.

For every Project I like to arrange consultations to discuss all the details and address each others expectations.

FOR APPOINTMENT

Paperwork and Identification: When you arrive for your appointment, I'll request you to complete routine paperwork and provide a copy of your ID. It's important to note that, as required by law, I must keep a record of your ID.

Explaining the Tattoo Process: For both first-time clients and those returning after a significant gap, I will walk you through the entire tattoo process. It's crucial to ensure you are comfortable and prepared before we begin tattooing. If it's your first tattoo, I may start with a small line to gauge your comfort with the sensation. Tattoos can be intimidating, and your comfort is a priority. If you need a break, just let me know, and we can pause.

PEACE OF MIND

Privacy and Boundaries: If your tattoo is in a more private area, I will set up room dividers to provide privacy and block any unwanted attention. Additionally, if I need to work in any sensitive areas, I will communicate all necessary details with you beforehand to maintain a safe, comfortable, and ethical atmosphere. Your comfort and boundaries are of utmost importance to me, just as much as the quality of your tattoo.

Inclusivity: I am committed to ensuring that every client feels valued and heard. Regardless of your background, you are welcome in my chair. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your peace of mind is a priority.
